Homework for today lol, tentative thesis

Thesis: in our digital age, although it may not be thoroughly acknowledged, gaming acts a an important medium for growin children/ teenagers to learn and engage themselves in the educational world both in and out of the school environment.

The thesis addresses the assignment because the world created by gaming is the gaming community
A diverse community built for gamers
One that is both entertaining and fun

It's analytical because it will discuss the positive values that reside both Jon and our of society

An opposing idea may be that violent video games may encourage violent activities, which is obviously unproductive to learning

11/14/12 - Research Paper tentative thesis

Date: 11/14/12
Time: 3:52

Topic 1: Video Games
Topic 2: Education

1. Video Games are a medium through which companies may express ideas
2. Broad range of topics
3. Much more educational than most people think; the only reason I fell in love with history

1. the act or process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment, and generally of preparing oneself or others intellectually for mature life.

As far as we have advanced in terms of gaming technology, our school community continues to largely ignore the beneficial aspects of gaming that may draw in potential students.

something along the lines of gaming is beneficial to the scholarly community
can draw in potential students
etc.
